Youth and Development

          Generally youths are the people of the age group (18-59) years. They are the                 energetic people of the country .They have extra sort of mind which is required             for the development of the nation. For each and every country role of youths is             most important fact required. When the youths are more in the country then                   there is the great possibility for its development .When the youths play their role           in the development then there will be the fall of the development .They are                     powerful from all the sides. They are capable from all the way i.e  physical,                   mental, and social ability.

           They have extra sort of mind which is fresh, and new in this time and according to the requirement of the county as they can create several types of the plans, policies, ideas, e .t .c. They more power in them as compared to the young and the old people. They can win the people by power of their mind. One of the most important thing in them is that they never felt scare. They just take problem in their mind and move the way for its solution.so they have their great important in the development of the nation.

           Youths have some extra energetic power for the development. As in order to be a   wheel cart to be complete there must be the role of the youths for the development of the nation. They have their similar performance in all the field. They can make people’s participation by convenceing them. They can make the people to motivate towards the developing activities by providing them some sorts of extra training, and by making them capable and fitness in the related field. They can themselves engaged in the construction works, development works in the village like construction of road  , mantinance of the temple e. t. c.

           Role of youths is a great need for the development of the nation.When they want they can do everything.They can make all types of people conscious in those related matters.For the old they can make them by their thoughts and for adolescent they can manage through their voice.In this way youths have great role for the development of the nation.When there are more youths then there are great chance for the development of the nation.But the sad of this all is all the youths are diverting to the other countries in search of employment.This is the thing that should be taken into the consideration in order to think for the shake of the country.

           In addition to this youths are major political factor for the development of the nation. They are fit in all the sector. They are fit in politics, in agriculture, in industry, and so on. They can use their intellectualin all the related field.They can form several groups of people and can run industy, agriculture and can move the country in the path of the development .Besides they can also run administration of the government .Almost all of the political leaders of our country are old and aged if there were the youths as the political leader then there can be the flourishment of the development n our country than as of now. It would be better than now. There are several slogan which also prove that there are possibilities of development if there is youths.” YOUTHS FOR DEVELOPMENT” .So the ultimate point that to be noted is that youths are one of great and the important factor required for the development of the nation.
