THE
IMPORTANCE OF GAMES
Game is a type of
exercise that involves an individual or a group .
It helps to keep our body physically intact like to play games.
Games may be favourite occupation of children too. Games are the mean of
entertainment and good health .It is especially for a time pass.
Games
and sports have many advantages .They strengthen body and our mind. They build
up health and our characters of people. The game also keeps players in a
discipline .They increase the self independent, confidence and decision making
in the players .It also helps to increase mental knowledge in the people.
Games
are of two types they are :Indoor and Outdoor games. Indoor games are played
inside the home or room whereas outdoor games are played in the ground. The
example of indoor games are: ludo, chess, carrom ,table tennis, etc. Likewise
the example of outdoor games is: Football, Volleyball, Hockey etc. Indoor games
help to do exercise of mental health while the outdoor games help to do
exercise of other different parts of the body. In fact, both games play vital
role to increase the mental and physical power.
Games
and sport are disadvantageous too. If we play games for the long time, the body become weak .For
example :If any player hit foul to other player the team of other player come
to quarrel and even create a fight between two teams .While fighting or
quarreling many players may be injured or hurt. They spend most of their time
to play games ,which ultimately make players to give up their study also.
Games and sports are most
essential to our physical and mental health. Games and sports have also become
as a professional field. So, games and sports are very essential for all the
human beings.
