HEALTH
HEALTH
Health
is simply the state of being healthy. Health is the general condition in which
person is free from illness and any kind of disease. According to WHOM (world
health organization) health is “a state of complete physical, mental and social
well-being, not merely an absence of disease or infirmity.”
There
is the common saying that” health is wealth.” In my view healthy person is the
happiest person because he is free from disease and can work hard, earn wealth
and live with happiness. But an unhealthy person is unhappy even he has a
wealth. A healthy person is bold and confident. They so their work confidently
and can achieve success in their life in future. A healthy person is asset to
himself, his family, community and country as well. He can be a great challenge
to the upcoming generation because he plays an important role. On the other
hand unhealthy person just a beast of burden.
To
unhealthy person even a simple work gets tougher and takes a lot of time to
accomplish a given work. But Healthy person accomplish their work with success
through continuous effort. So good health is essential to all. People desire to
be healthy but they are unable to do so.Sound health is not god gifted. Health
cannot be achieved merely v=by taking one or two pills every day or by
observing few restrictions. We should continuously make an effort to attain it
because minor mistake can lead us you death. It can be achieved only by
understanding what health is, on what it depends and then applying this
knowledge in every-day life.
Life
is for living. Without health joys and pleasures are of no use. Only a balanced
diet cannot make our health good. We should take plenty of milks, eggs, green
vegetables and fruits. We should take physical exercise. Walking is the=he easiest
exercise. But other exercises like swimming, skipping, and games are
beneficial. Health education should also be given as it is the process which
enables individual and group of individuals to realize their health need and
necessary healthy behaviors with change in knowledge, attitude and behavior of
people. A
Therefore,
development of the country depends upon the health of the people. When all the
people are healthy, they can work harder and lead to the progressment of the
family, society and country as whole. The greatest wealth of the country is its
healthy citizen. Heath education should be introduced in school. People should
know the importance of health right form their childhood.

NEPALESE ARTS
NEPALESE ARTS
Art is the expression of mind. It not only reflects the
creativity of the artist but also the environment and situation where the
artist lives. Nepalese art is renowned for its simplicity, originality, and specialty.
Nepal has remained a land of ancient civilization. Its
art and culture has come a long way. But our early artefacts have not been preserved.
Our art could be preserved only with the rise of king Lichchhavi king
Mandeva. Artefacts, Inscription, Manuscripts, etc are the important source of
art and culture.
Art of painting is the art or work of using paints on
surfaces. Nepali art of painting is highly based on religion. It is supposed
to have begun during the Lichchhavi period. It was followed by sculpture. We
have in Nepal three main categories of paintings - Book painting, Scroll
painting and wal painting.
The oldest book paintings were made on copper
plate, palm leaf, wood, etc..scroll paintings are drawn on paper or clothes.
The oldest book painting is prajnaparamita. Scroll paintings are pata and
mandala whereas wall paintings are mithila, etc.
Thus, art and culture is also a source of foreign income
.It helps to lead country towards the development.

Although science is the
foundation of modern, comfortable and civilized human society, its misuse
can bring negative effect in our life. Contrary to the right use, misuse of
science leads human society to destruction and failure. Science has
introduced various war materials like atom bomb and other weapons and so on.
They disturb the world harmony and peace.
Moreover, in spite of having good

IMPORTANCE OF DANCE & MUSIC
IMPORTANCE
OF DANCE & MUSIC
We
all are familiar about dance and music in fact we all of know how to dance and
sing a song. No one in this world have perfect and complete knowledge like same
no one is ever perfect in dance and music. The things play a vital role in our life.
These are the major means of entertainment. These things are being someone's
source of income too. These makes us physically fit and mentally relax.
Dance and music are the major sources of entertainment. We can see many
people performing in stage from which we are being entertained. Our country
NEPAL is very rich in cultural dance and music than other countries which helps
to enhance the name and fame of our country.
Dance and music is not just for entertainment, these are being
the source of income too. we can see many people dancing and singing in
different programs, dance bar ,in our street, etc. For example we can see blind
people singing in bus park areas for the purpose of earning. Do you think they
are singing for entertaining us? Of course not they are singing because they
are unable to do other difficult jobs and where they are able to sing songs
they are making these things as their professions for the purposes of earning.
But some people are involving in dance and music for exercise
because it makes us physically fit and mentally relax. My uncle says that he is
joining dance and music classes in the morning time. This is not because he has
interest on it, this is because he wants to make his body fit and he
wants to make his mind sharp as we know dance and music helps to maintain these
things. Thus, we can say that these things make us physically fit and mentally
relax.
Therefore, from the above paragraphs we can conclude that
how much important is dance and music in our life. So, we all should involve on
it and we should involve in preserving our cultural dance and music which are
benefits for our country.
